Lenora Kandiner has been working in polymer since 1991, when she accidentally walked down the polymer aisle in an art supply store. She started creating earrings for herself because polymer allowed her to make large earrings that were light weight. Within weeks, strangers wanted to buy her earrings out of her ears. 

A self-identified color junkie, she takes inspiration from nature but lets her imagination reign when picking colors. She also added functional pieces to her creations because her customers wanted to buy presents for the men in their lives.
