A lifelong artist in many mediums, I have in the past twelve years specialized in hand built ceramics. My “edgy” series of bowls, plates and cups use slab, mold and pinch techniques to give them their unique organic form. In my Princeton
studio I have produced a variety of functional and sculptural ceramics that I will share in the co-op space. I get excited experimenting with color glazes and the feel and look of natural clay formed by hand.
Education and Work:
I graduated from the College of New Jersey with a major in Art Education, and earned my masters from Bank Street College in NYC in Arts Leadership. I have taught art to all ages from pre-school to senior citizens at institutions, summer camps and schools. I retired from Princeton Charter School in 2015 and began working in my studio full time.
